Born in 1974, Iğdır

He was born in Tuzluca, Iğdır in 1974. He completed his primary and secondary education in Tuzluca and graduated from Aydın Söke Agricultural Technical High School. He received his degree in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Kocaeli University.

In 2003, he started working as a rapporteur at the Pendik Municipality Directorate of Zoning. He later served as Head of the Private Secretariat, Head of the Operations Directorate, Head of the Building Control Directorate, and Head of the Directorate of Zoning and Urban Planning.

He ran as a City Council Member candidate from the AK Party in the 2009 Local Elections but, after not being elected, returned to his duties at the municipality.

In the 2014 Local Elections, he was elected as a City Council Member and was re-elected in the 2019 Local Elections. In May 2019, he was appointed as Deputy Mayor, a position he still holds.

He was a founding member of the Anadolu Platform, a founding board member of Pendik KAIDER, and served as President of the Iğdır İncesu Association. He is currently a member of the PENDEF High Advisory Board and the Advisory Board of the Iğdır İncesu Association. He also continues to serve as President of the Pendikspor Association.

He speaks English. He is married and has four children.
