Born in 1986, Trabzon

Hayrettin Yeşilyurt was born in Pendik and is originally from Trabzon. He currently resides in Pendik. He completed his primary education at Pendik National Education Foundation Primary School and Pendik İsa Yusuf Alptekin Primary School, and his secondary education at Pendik Gülizar Zeki Obdan High School.

He graduated first in his class from Sakarya University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering in 2009. While continuing his professional career, he also graduated second in his class from Istanbul Gedik University, Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture, Department of Architecture in 2021.

Between 2009 and 2015, he served at the Pendik Municipality Directorate of Zoning and Urban Planning as Rapporteur, Chief, and Deputy Director. He resigned from his position as Deputy Director in 2015. He continues his professional work in architecture, engineering, and design as a founding partner of Bordo Proje. He has designed and implemented more than 400 residential, industrial, and fuel station projects. His areas of expertise include Architectural Design, Zoning Legislation, Urban Transformation, Urban Design Projects, and Earthquake-Resistant Structures and Cities.

He is an active member of several organizations, including Trabzonspor Sports Club Congress, Pendik Trabzonlular Association, Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Civil Engineers, and Chamber of Architects.

From 2016 to 2018, he served as a member and Vice President of the Pendik District Youth Branch Executive Board, and from 2018 to 2021, as a member of the Pendik AK Party District Executive Board.

He was elected as a Pendik Municipal Council Member in the 2024 Local Elections and currently serves as Deputy Mayor.

He has an intermediate level of English proficiency. He is married and the father of three children.
