He was born in Pendik in 1975 and is originally from Bayburt. He completed his secondary education at Kartal Anatolian Imam Hatip High School.

He graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. He also completed his Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at Ahmet Yesevi University, Faculty of Humanities.

Mr. Bayram has worked in the education sector for many years and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

He has served as a Board Member of both the Uluçınar Foundation and the İlim Yayma Society Pendik Branch.

He is married and the father of four children.
