Requests are processed according to the following information:

1. Requests related to private property areas (sites, apartment and workplace gardens, etc.) are not accepted.

2. Planting of flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as grass laying and landscaping works in public parks, medians, and recreational green areas, are carried out as needed.

3. Soil laying and planting of shrubs and trees can be done in all seasons.

4. Seasonal flower planting is carried out between April 15 – May 1 and October 15 – November 1.

5. Grass laying (turfing) is performed between March 1 – June 1 and September 1 – November 30.

Service Completion Time: 10 days after application
