Requests are processed according to the following information:

1. Requests related to private property areas (sites, apartment and workplace gardens, etc.) are accepted only with a written petition from the property owner.

2. Requests are accepted during Autumn and Spring (November – March).

3. Pruning or cutting of hazardous trees can be performed in any season.
