Requests are processed according to the following information:

1. Requests related to private property areas (sites, apartment and workplace gardens, etc.) are not accepted.

2. Maintenance and repair of all parks and green areas belonging to Pendik Municipality are carried out periodically according to a scheduled program.

3. Requests concerning parks and green areas under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) can be forwarded to İBB White Desk 153.

Service Completion Time:

• Grass Cutting and Watering: 3 days

• Fertilization: 10 days

• Playground Equipment, Fitness Equipment, and Rubber Flooring Repairs: 5 days

• Hard Surface and Sports Field Repairs: 10 days
