DUTIES

  • Respond to incoming letters and petitions within the required time frame. According to Law No. 3071, provide written information within 30 days for applications submitted via petition, and additionally inform the applicant of the result if the process has been announced.

  • With the knowledge and approval of the Mayor or the relevant Deputy Mayor, provide information and documents to applicants, except for exceptions, within the framework of Law No. 4982 on the Right to Information.

  • Issue Building Occupancy Permits (Yapı Kullanma İzin Belgesi).

  • Approve Work Completion Reports.

  • Approve Progress Payment Reports prepared by building inspection firms.

  • Approve Level Determination Reports prepared by building inspection.

  • Approve contour and clearance certificates prepared by private offices.

  • Approve workplace handover reports prepared by building inspection firms.

  • Prepare Building Suspension Reports (Yapı Tatil Tutanağı).

  • Issue Elevator Registration Certificates.

  • Perform elevator sealing and unsealing.

  • Issue and approve excavation acceptance and transportation permits.

  • Prepare Work Experience / Work Status Certificates.

  • Evaluate complaints regarding licensed constructions.
